    Run miles if someone recommends Odem or Swiney (Craig) contractors. They are incompetent and unprofessional. They hire people who have NO idea what they are doing, argue with the client when clients point out poor work, create hazardous conditions in the home, try to hide mistakes AND damage… the list is endless. They will take your money, damage your home, and do work that you will have to pay someone else to do the work. Their license needs to be revoked.

    Odem Home Improvement failed to complete the contracted project for which I hired them. They also took materials from the site, caused and left property damage, and refused to pay subcontractors. In addition to owing me over $17,000, they also took over four times as long as they said they would to finish their work. I had to hire other contractors to pass inspection. I experienced multiple problems were working with them. I would strongly not recommend working with them.
