We would not recommend this business. Hired to clear, remove trees and level lot, provide water run-off solutions and get the lot build ready. He told us the lot was ready to build. We had to have him come out 3 times, to fix building pads which were not level at all and to fix silt fence which collapsed in some areas and had mud run under the fence in other areas to the neighbors lot. Needless to say we failed an inspection. Every time we called he said the builder does not know what he is doing, and that the lot is ready. When we called the 4th time to ask for the lot to be fixed some more since water would run into the places where the foundation would be poured, he just lost it on the phone, raising this voice and saying he can't come out all the time to fix things, the lot is ready. Our builder refused to get started with the lot as it was. We hired someone else to fix the issue. The new person we hired found that a lot of large tree limps and other tree debris was covered up under a thin layer of dirt on were the foundation would have been poured. We paid a lot of money to Odum construction- a very expensive lesson for us. We were new to this area, and he took full advantage. Will not recommend at all. Have pictures of all, including the negligence of the pad prep.
