  Build Home

  Poor quality, really shoddy materials and construction (a lot of corner cutting). You'll end up having to pour a bunch of money into these homes just to get them where they need to be. So just beware. We've lived here for year and the house is falling apart-which shouldn't be the case. These homes are junk with a nice facade.

  Well this was my 5th home I built and the worst experience I've ever had. I would never recommend oevering homes, believe me they are not good people. there are much better contractors in the area. I have never met one person face to face that was happy with oevering homes.They are not good honest people. And they're so called superintende
  nts are just as bad as they are.Its a big investment do your research go with a good builder. I went thru and fix all there messes Cause they said our warranty was voided due to the review I wrote about them and I have that in writing. We have a nice home now because of us fixing it the rite way, But there warrant is crap just like. little dan,oranzo,brandon and troy are. they wouldn't even return our phone calls. very poor terrible people.

  Build new house

  This was our 4th time building a home. It was to be our last....So we took a challenging, a-frame, ranch style design off the internet and modified it using Microsoft Paint, added a 4 car garage, workshop and big prow style south facing wall with a loft.

  We then took this to several builders and asked for bids. Obviously cost has a lot to do with your final decision and moving from Minnesota to Wisconsin, I wanted a builder located there. This was an off-site build on our 40 acres.

  We chose Oevering Homes and our first sit with Brandon Perry from Oevering Homes was incredible, he understood what we were looking for from our one dimensional drawing and after throwing it into CAD, came back with many great suggestions we hadn't even considered.

  Construction started March 1 2018 and ended August 29th 2018, It was exciting to see the progress as there was no model of this home. Of course all builds have some bumps along the way, but our project manager Troy made sure that those bumps were quickly taken care of.

  From start to finish communication was good...and that is really important.!

  The fit and finish is all a reflection of the contractors they hire and we couldn't be more happy.

  We've been in our new house for about 30 days now and all is good.

  I recommend Oervering Homes.
