    From my experience, extremely unreliable.  After wasting months after getting quotes and two times being given the impression that my projects could soon begin, they were unable to commit to a date to begin work. And despite this, after three requests (and two promises to return to me) a picture that I provided when I was originally led to believe that the work could be done, so I could use it for another contractor, in addition to the names of alternative contractors (since I was now back at square one), were never provided either.  I am almost glad that I found out about the lack of reliability before any work actually started.
