Travis Chase has done countless things for my husband & I. We consider him like our personal contractor. Haha.
He's a friendly person and super helpful with finding things for projects (if u want to do some of the leg work yourself).
Travis very attention to detail & thinking outside the box 2 make something work on all types of projects. =)
He makes sure ur happy with his work which is most important. :)
Great Communication! Keeps you in the loop - what's going on with his busy days.

To list a few things he has done for us:
Roofed our house, replaced our patio roof, replaced all our windows & trim, some new siding, new fascia boards, replaced some drywall, installed some new ducts under the house & vents/registers, painted the outside of the house, remodeled our kitchen (fixing all the things that come along with that) cabinets installed, shelfs made, new backsplash, etc.

I will post my full review upon his completion of the job we have been waiting on.....we are frustrated. I see other reviews that are happy, while we wait for our job to be fixed, finished & squared up as promised. We were patient while he took time away from our job to go bid other jobs & to finish up other people's jobs ... we just expect the same. Reasonably so.... our patience has worn very thin. Over run schedule and over ran budget the options didn't allow me to click both. I won't say he took the money and quit but he's starting & finishing up other jobs while we sit and wait as he's been paid and he still owes us.

OGC really hit all the marks when it comes to the qualities one would seek in a General Contractor.

OGC responded to our request for assistance in a very timely manner with a comprehensive, well priced quote. Though we understand subcontractors may be needed for certain jobs, to us, it was imperative that the GC understand how to do the job themselves. With over 20 years of experience from owner Travis Chase, OGC really took responsibility, ensured tasks were completed on time and both he and brother Trevor, held every item on the list to the highest level of quality.

OGC listened and met us where our wants were parallel with what was possible. Yes, sometimes we homeowners want things done that are structurally impossible or cost-prohibitive but every step was talked through and agreed upon before work commenced. OGC did precisely what they said they would.

Issues or concerns were communicated thoroughly and rectified quickly. In addition, the team was flexible and did a fantastic job of keeping the work site organized and disposing of trash properly, which was immensely appreciated by our family as the job revolved around our daily life with 2 kids and a cat.
