  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Their owner Afemai Uila (or he goes by Junior or JR) cheated us out of our deposit money and never refunded us. After taking the deposit and agreeing to a certain amount for materials, he quoted us almost double that amount! When we didnt want his business since it wasnt what was agreed upon, he refused to refund us what we paid him. He just walked away with our deposit. Google him or his company and you will see other reviews like ours. He's a cheat!! We are taking him to small claims court at the moment. AVOID HIM!!

  Ohana Fence company doesn't even deserve 1 star. The company and the owner deserve less than a star. I hired JR or Junior not sure what name he goes by to build a deck for me. We had an initial conversation via text. I asked him if he can build deck he said yes. Then he asked my what was my budget and I said 2000.00, He stated if I give him 2500.00 he will start on the deck in a few days. He asked for half of the payment so that he can go pick up material in Olympia because that is where his supplier is located. I should have known better... I did a cashapp transaction and gave 1,250.00 via text and we agreed that he would show up the following Wednesday. The day of the project I received a text from him stating that he would not be able to start on the deck because one of his guys damaged some ones gas pipe ( LIAR) so he promised that he would come to my house and start on the deck on Thursday. He also said that he would call me to confirm that he was coming on Thursday. I never got a call from him. I called him asking why hasn't call me to confirm that he was coming the next day. He then said in a rude tonation voice : " I TOLD YOU I WAS GOING TO START ON YOUR DECK TOMORROW SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM"? I then felt like this guy was not true to his word. So when thursday came around I called him several times and he never answered my phone calls. He never showed up. I called every company I can think of to report his business transaction. I will take the blame,because I gave someone money that I never saw the whites of their eyes before because I thought just maybe there are some honest people in this world..... But this dude is far from being honest. He is a (THIEF AND A LIAR!) I don't know how he goes to bed at night and sleep knowing he is taking people's hard earn money. People like him will never get anywhere in life,but he has someone greater that he will answer too for all the wrong he has done, and that is GOD!

  Install a fence

  DO NOT WORK WITH JUNIOR (AFEMAI UILA) of Ohana Fence and Floor. He took a deposit from us of $500 for materials for a fence and then told me it will cost $900+. When i told him that is not what we agreed to in the contract, he refused to pay my deposit back. AND never gave me a copy of the contract, though i asked many times. He got aggressive and said he would give me a receipt after installation. To date i have not gotten back my $500 and am filing with small claims court. I have already filed with BBB. AVOID THIS CHEATER!!

  I had the worst experience with this person he calls himself JR or Junior, I texted and asked him if he does deck work. He said yes, I sent him a picture of my deck so that he can give me a quote. He then proceeded to ask my what my budget was? I gave him my budget which was $2000.00 he than said make it 2,500.00 and he will do it. SO I agreed to the 2,500.00. He said that he would want half so that he can get the materials,because he can get it cheaper from his suppliers in Olympia. (LIES) I DONT BELIEVE HE EVEN HAVE A SUPPLIER!!! I agreed to the term. I gave him half of the money $1250. he was supposed to start the job the following week. When the day for him to come start the project came around, I got a text from him stating that he can't come and do the project. he gave me some off the wall excuse about why he couldn't come and then he PROMISED that he will show up at my house the next day to start. Well the next day came and he never showed up,he never answered my CALLS!!! I just want to let him know that he is a no good for nothing Thief and what you do in life you will get back. Going around STEALING innocent people money is not the way to do business. You will not get anywhere in life living a LIE! Your so call business is FLAKE,you are a FLAKE. I've contacted the police, BBB,the Atorney Generals office, and every company I can think of to tell them how much of a no good for nothing thief you are. I do not recommend ANYONE to work with this guy He WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN!

  Fencing

  Had them do a few things for me. A cedar fence around my property, a small deck and a retaining wall near my garden. Every thing came out great! They were easy to work with, and got the work done quicker than I thought possible.

  Hired Ohana Fencing in October 2018 to build a fence. They took deposit money and then started changing start date and not communicating with us. It has been 7 months and still nothing. Do not trust Junior or Ohana Fencing to do work for you, they will steal your money.

  Deck and Pergola

  They did a wood deck and pergola for me. I'm very happy with the end results! I left the design up to them, and it came out great. I'm looking forward to enjoying the summer out on my new deck, under my new pergola!

  Fence Repairs

  $400

  I had a tree fall onto a section of my fence. They came out, got the tree moved and were able to cut it up and take it away. That was a huge help that they were able to do that for me. They repaired the fence section and it looks great like nothing ever happened. I'll for sure use them for any future fence repairs. Lets hope I won't need any more soon!

  Chain link fence and gates

  I needed 900 feet of chain link fence installed right away and they were able to get the job done in 3 days! They also installed 3 walk way gates and 2 double gates for me. Fence and gates look great! I plan to have them come back in and do some repair work on my deck also.

  I left a review on Feb 5, 2019 about Ohana Fence company. I contacted BBB and they contacted him. I got a call back finally from the Ohana fence that he will install my gates. It took another couple of weeks before he showed up and installed the gates. He completed the job about 6pm that night and demanded that i give him the final balance. I told him, once I visit the job, I will give him the money {I have to let you know that I do not live at the property nor close to it} He immediately started to threatened me that he will have the gates down if i dont pay him the same night. I explained that i do not live close by, I leave far away and i will meet him the next day, he finally agreed and came and got his money the next day in full and cashed the check. Starting last week he asked me to go and remove or fix my comments. He called me over 20 times last night and I promised i will.
  I am happy with the gates so far.

  install gate

  $2,090

  Do not work and give your money to Ohana Fence and Floor LLC. He comes across very nice and keep saying he has a license and he backs up his work but no of that is the truth.
  He takes 50% of money up front to purchase materials and told me the job will be done in less then 5 days and i am here a month later with $1000 out of pocket and no gates. He stopped returning my calls and dose not answer the texts either. I will be calling department of licensing and BBB for sure and I suggest you do the same.

  Residential Fencing

  Very disappointed with Ohana Fencing & Flooring – DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! After reading their great reviews and meeting them in person to discuss building a fence, we paid them a $1900 deposit to start work on our fence in October with the expectation it would take 3 days to complete and they would start immediately. After paying the deposit, we received delay after delay from Junior on when the work would actually begin. After the lack of communication and inconsistent updates on when the work would start, we asked for our deposit money to be returned so we could move forward with another contractor. Junior agreed to return the money but we are still waiting to be reimbursed. So far it’s been weeks and still nothing. Where did our $1900 go? We do NOT recommend working with this contactor or company as they will steal your money and drag you along.
