This company is rated F by the BBB! I should have checked before using them.
My AC unit wasn't working. The air flow was lower than normal and the little air that was coming out of the vents was barely cooler than the room temp. Joe comes out and never looks at the inside unit. He tops off the freon in the condenser and leaves. The air flow is still weak and he says that it's probably because the unit is iced up - he but he never bothered to look at it. Says that it will come back after the freon "settles." Half an hour after he leaves - no improved air flow and no COLD air. I call him and he clearly can't be bothered. Tells me it's probably ice build up and to turn off the AC so I don't get water damage. I climb up to the attic and look into the unit - NO ICE, and NO COOL AIR; I check the compressor outside and it's blowing cold air, i.e. no heat exchange. I called the office and left several messages, and received no call back. I emailed Lela and got no response. I called my home warranty company and they said it was up to Ohohna to fix the problem. What a joke! Unfortunately, I can't say that this is the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have used, but they're close. Another AC company that i used a few years ago was much worse. They were dishonest and incompetent. Ohohna is just lazy and incompetent. I guess they operate on the principle that you only have to be better than your worst competition.

OHOHNA has been to my home seven times to fix my AC unit. I requested this contractor no longer come to my home to “fix” my unit. I was told today by a AHS representative that I would be contacted to have another contractor assigned to check my AC unit. I have not received a call back from AHS. I contacted an HVAC company to complete a diagnostic on my AC unit. The recommendations was to replace the compressor or a new unit. How can I have a recommendation to replace compressor when AHS contractor OHOHNA came to my home two days prior to the diagnostic on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 to replace the compressor? I am disappointed in services from AHS and their contracted company OHOHNA My family has dealt with 85 degree temperatures in our home on and off since May. I need a new unit and the AHS contractor does not know how to fix my unit and they refused to recommend a new replacement to the warranty company.
