Guys did a nice job initially, addressed some problems I pointed out, dealt with insurance. I was very happy initially. However, they were supposed to come back to finish the job they agreed to once the weather got warmer, never heard from them again. Not even a response. Glad I did not pay them fully initially since not all the work was done.

We had hail damage and Jin Lee dealt with our insurance to replace roof, gutters and screening for our gutters. He did all the work but didn’t replace the screening agreed to on more than half the gutters. He said they would be back to finish, but he never did. OHS replaced our neighbors gutters and we ran into Jin Lee again. He said sorry it was scheduling error and they’d complete the work soon. Now he doesn’t answer our phone calls/texts. If you decide to use this company inspect all work and be sure it is complete before paying them in full. After being lied to by Jin Lee about coming back to finish the work twice, that was agreed to and paid for, I would never use nor recommend using this company again.
