  Inspection of flooring

  $150

  OJ's Flooring is a highly dishonest company. An employee, posing as an expert, accepted a position as an inspector to inspect and evaluate our already installed flooring.
  He demanded payment upfront and promised to provide us with a report the same day or the next day after the inspection. He never sent us a report, despite our repeated requests.
  He always said he would do it immediately, then ignored us without providing any further information. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

  install wood flooring

  $35,000

  my wife and I bought wood flooring through LL Flooring in Tucson, and asked to be referred a contractor for installation and that was OB. We have a house with a casieta. We purchase the wood and the labor upfront and toward the end of the project. They told us they didn’t have enough material left for the Caseida and told us that there was a measurement mistake and we had to pay $5000 more to finish the project. We didn’t make the mistake they did we payed the money upfront and now we’re sitting with the house with no wood flooring in our Casieda. Not good ! Now we have retained an attorney because no one from either entity will step up to the plate and do what’s right, or even answer our complaint!

  Absolutely GREAT service by OJ's Flooring. in Saddlebrooke Ranch. (OB owns OJ's...) They installed 5 rooms of wood flooring for us. The team was terrific. On time. Knowledgeable. Experienced. Neat. Did the floor and a small time install for us in 2 days. We were missing some trim. Called when it came in and they were right back out. 5 star service following a horrible experience with our first "contactor". Thanks OB!!

  Lay LVP floors

  I was told that three guys would be coming to do the install, only two showed up two days and only one showed up the last day. They had to level parts of my floor and did not tell me that it was going to make a big mess! If they would have I would have covered my cabinets so that the dust would not have gotten into so many cracks and crevices! The hinges on my dishwasher are totally full of the dust and squeak terribly when you open it. When the baseboard had to be butted together in the middle of the room they did not miter it they just did a straight cut and caulked it. I had to go around and spackle those joints and repaint them. The baseboard from the dining room to the living room does not match up. I bought my flooring from LL flooring and I love the store and it's staff! I will tell my friends and relatives to buy their flooring from them and have it installed by somebody else. I wish I could attach a picture of the sloppy work in some areas.
