Job was ok but showed up in a truck with a couple tubs of limited parts. I asked about how he billed and he said $125 an hour period. He didn't have the parts he needed for a standard 2" drain repair and had to go shopping. After 2.5 hours including a trip to the store the bill was $460. When asked about his math he said he bills differently and didn't' explain. We considered that really unprofessional and entitled. We paid and said no hard feelings but that we wouldn't call again and he seemed fine with that.
