    New home build

    Old2New built my home in 2018. Move in date was June 30, 2018. I had to move into a hotel until Nov 20, 2018.
    Original punch list was never completed. Out of pocket expenses totaling 3000.00 to finish own home. Communication was poor throughout/still am awaiting last 2 things to be completed on my "new home."
    Contractor will not respond to attempts to collect out of pocket expenses.
    I would defer anyone away from doing business with this company.
