    Andrey is a top notch builder and we can't express how amazing our building experience was with him. This was the second home we had built and the experience was 180 degree difference for the better. Andrey is detailed, quality work and ALWAYS at the job site making sure things are to his expectation. He answers all questions and phone calls within a few hours...even after the sell. If we ever build again...it will be with Old City Home Group! Thank you Andrey!

    We built our 2nd house with Andre and the experience throughout the process was great! He has great follow through, works fast, and is all about a quality product. He never made me feel like I was asking too much about the process. He would spend the time talking through options, making sure we were happy with our choices. As families do, we visited the house often to see the progress while being built. Everytime we were there, Andre or someone else was there inspecting the work too! It felt good to know the builder was so engaged. The value of our house grew so fast in 3 years that we sold it. Andre is on the top of the list to build the next one.
