This is the worst builder, poor work performance, also is a liar. He has cheated us out of money we purchased our lighting fixtures because ordering them would not make it in for the closing conversion date, So we thought BUT only to find out later that well and septic tap had NOT even been started we were told we would be reimbursed he still has not to this date May,29,2020 painter did not finished work stating builder has not paid him,shower was to have sit down area he did not follow that detail either we have filed complaint with the BBB there is soo much more.We signed with Old Dutch Homes in May of 2019 1 year later our house is still unfinished and what finished is falling apart already, Shingles are falling off roof, siding is loose, sump pump continuous running, If you are thinking of using this builder DON'T. We made a terrible mistake in choosing him. Basement problem only installed 1 window, when contract clearly listed 2 windows.This builder has turned our Dream come true in to a nightmare.
