Old Middletown Builders

Old Middletown Builders has done an outstanding job on our home renovation. We purchased a 114 year old home that needed a lot of work. Our lead contractor, John Page, was able to convert an old damp unfinished basement into a fabulous media and entertaining space that has been enjoyed by our entire family. He even mangaged to gain ceiling height at no additional cost without having to dig out the basement floor like many of our neighbors! John took the lead on everything and managed the project perfectly. Most impressive is the fact that, at the time of the renovation, we were living out of state and John contacted us everyday with updates and pictures. He is extremely creative and he treats your home like it is his own. He also has a great rapport with his sub contractors and is fair with all pricing. We are now putting an addition on our house and enclosing a porch. Just as with the basement, John has been great to work with and has come up with some excellent ideas. When we finish the addition, we are going to renovate the kitchen and we would never use anyone else but John Page and Old Middletown Builders.
