Old Mill Hardwood Floors

Old Mill refinished my fir floors and staircase. They were very clean and the work is gorgeous. I had my doubts about being "dust free" but quite honestly they are as advertised. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Lorne does a really good job.

Lorne refinished our white oak floors. He walked us through the stain color and was there every step of the way. It really is "dust free,'' my counter tops and paintings were clean and I couldn't be happier with the floors. I highly recommend Old Mill.

Old Mill, was one of the very few contractors who actually showed up on time and completed the job on time and on budget. Clean and professional. Old Mill has also done my parents floors. I would definitely recommend them.

My wife and were in the need of our floors bring refinished. At first I thought we would need new wood installed but once I called Lorne from Old Mill for an estimate, he stated that that floors could indeed just be re-sanded. My wife and I are extremely glad we did business with Old Mill. Lorne and his crew were extremely polite, they came in within budget, and we're done in just 3 days!!! the floors look good and we couldn't be happier. A+

Prior to hiring Old Mill, I took a look at these reviews. However, once I met Lorne, I immediately new that these reviews did not represent the norm. He was always polite and up front about the project. He was very polite, professional and considerate of our needs. Our floors turned out perfect and using the dustless system, there was minimal dust, much less then I would expect from a sanding job! I would hire him again!

old mill hardwood flooring, Lauren Lovelace, took us to the cleaners, the floor looks awful surface marks from sander all over the floor, stain bucket Marks, told us Buffalo restoration and clean the house the place was completely full of dust a mess, dust-free haha, after his initial bid raised it $2,000 did not fill cracks in the floor, he left pady in the cracks from the previous finish, job they're cracking out after days after he left, claimed he screwed and epoxy down floor down so it would not move anymore the only screw we can find in the floor are the ones that he screwed us with!!!!! never use old mill hardwood flooring!!!
