If this is the company owned by Wesley Casey we would rate him as excellent.
He had two crews, both were very hard working and safety conscious. We never heard any negative or foul language. His crews were always courteous and respectful. They also did a great job of cleaning up after they were through with the job. One of his employees was a chain smoker, we never found one cigarette butt on the ground.
The patio had a leak shortly after the roof was completed and Mr. Casey sent someone out immediately to find out what the problem was.
Even though we had a misunderstanding about the area of our shed to be roofed we were able to resolve this between us. We highly recommend Old Town Roofing for your roofing job. Deborah & Sibyl Hiers
