Olde Mill Remodeling and Jeff Fregeau are nothing but con men and thieves! Took $13,000.00 in deposit from me and never did one day of work. I am filling criminal charges!! Have spoken with 3 other victims! Stay away from this guy. He is not licensed, and his father Ronald who started this company is not licensed either.

I worked with Jeff Fregeau on drawing a complete set of plans for an addition to my home. Met with him many times for changes/corrections which I have now found were not corrected. I think he took advantage of my lack of knowledge in reading the terminology of building descriptions . Not to mention the plans were done manually and not CAD and did not include what I now know I need to get permits.
Because of his lack of professionalism and inadequatecy I have requested a refund.... Hope he does right by this!

These people are con artist. As with the previous comments they took my money started a half bath refused to get pemints has no insurances and can't measure. Took me for $15,000 and all I got were lies. Now I'm working with the town of Yarmouth to hang his but to dry. Gave him every opportunity to make things right. But he kept falling over his lies. See you in court buddy. I rate them 5 negative stars. Don't use him.
