I had to have a cast iron main pipe replaced in basement which is a big job. I was dreading to have it done. I called 3 plumbers. Chad from Olde Towne Plumbing was the first to call and talk to me personally. He was able to send out Nick and Bobby in 2 weeks. Most plumbers are booking 4-6 weeks out. I was so impressed with Nick & Bobby. They were so quiet, were very neat, efficient, and did a beautiful, very professional job. I am very impressed with Chad on the phone and Nick &k Bobby who came out to do the work. I'm telling my neighbors and friends to check out Olde Towne Plumbing in Ann Arbor when they want any plumbing done because I was REALLY impressed.
