Dishonest and a fraud. Do not hire. We have been chasing him in court for years and he does everything in his powers to ignore, avoid and delay.

Oleg is respectful and professional. An excellent problem solver and wizard with steam heat. He was clearly taught by the old-school best of the best. I highly recommend him, he's the real deal.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Reschedule 3 times minutes before he was supposed to arrive. When I pointed this out to him he used a homophobic slur and threatened to quit mid job. This wasn't his first outburst.
He also did very amateur work and created more damage to my ceiling than necessary to fix my neighbors leak. When screwing a board into a finished ceiling, you don't need 8 nails and tons of sealant for a foam board that will be there 1 week.
Also, his mask does not fit over his scraggly beard.

Oleg really was a Wizard. We'd been having major problems with our High efficiency gas boiler for the past few years and spent a lot of money and effort trying out different solutions. We were on the verge of replacing the whole system -- we were so frustrated! Our regular plumbing company was baffled and was not able to fix it, even after replacing multiple parts I wish we had found Oleg years ago!

He responded promptly, asked for the information he needed , recommended the next steps, came in and dealt with all the unknowns one by one, eliminating any possible sources of the issues. His communication was really clear, especially his pricing and quotes for the work he was going to do, he was totally patient with all my questions, even though I needed him to repeat things for me, as I had no idea about how to understand the heating system. He is a brilliant problem solver and amazing plumber. Within three visits, he fixed our problems. We had had multiple visits from our other plumbing company with NO success.

Even more incredible is how personable and delightful a human being he is. Working with him was a total pleasure. And the system is working beautifully. and I learned a LOT.

I am OZ customer for more than 6 years now. The projects ranged from simple (like toilet supply line change) to very complex (complete bath plumbing) and anything in between (toilet change, dishwasher change, humidifier installation). I am completely satisfied with pricing (very competitive - I shopped around before using OZ for the first time), timing (both scheduling and work duration) and quality of work - not a single issue after work is completed! I would highly recommend OZ plumbing.

Oleg does a good job, and stands by it. The problem is his rates. He charges $120/hour, plus a premium for parts. But he works about half the speed that a professional plumber who charges such rates would be expected to work. He showed up two hours later than originally estimated, because he ran overtime on the previous job. Then it took him 2 hours to install a dishwasher -- do your math on the fee. I had two other small jobs at the same time, and those ended up costing over twice the original estimate dur to running overtime, too. I've hired many plumbers over the years, and with Oleg I kept getting a distinct feeling that he was dragging things out on purpose, to run up the bill. To conclude: if you don't have money to burn, don't hire him unless you can get him to quote a fixed price for a project.
