Olivia's was contracted to do a full sewer line replacement when we purchased our home. They did not replace the last 20FT of pipe under the sidewalk/street resulting in a major sewer backup into our home. While trenching they 1) cut a large bush in half without permission, 2) ripped up 2-3 sprinkler lines then reburied them without repair, 3) failed to correctly back fill trench which subsided ~2ft after work was complete 4) did not replace the sewer line under the sidewalk/street. The work came with a 5year warranty which they reluctantly upheld to fix the first back up then ignored all my attempts to call or email them about what work was done to fix the backup. I was very disappointed with their work and their unprofessional attitude.

This company is so unprofessional. Our sewer backed up and flooded our basement and we had to file a claim with our insurance. While fixing our sewer line, this 'company' either hit the water line or due to the grading of the line, when they filled the hole with water, it caused the line to back up and flood our basement again. When I showed the damage to the manager, he said it wasn't his problem and left, leaving several inches of water and debris sitting on our floor, once again contaminating our belongings. After contacting the plumber who contracted this company and arguing with two guys that conference called me, they finally sent 1..I repeat, 1 man and a mop/bucket to clean up 2 rooms full of water and silt. Not only did he use our water from a faucet outside, he also had no disinfectant and did not leave fans or anything to pull the moisture from the rooms. AND it was literally impossible to communicate with him because he spoke NO ENGLISH. Then 2 days later a giant hole opened up where they did not fill the excavation over the line properly. Once again, there was a conference call, and these people had the AUDACITY to THREATEN me and accuse me of some wrong doing on my part. Since this nightmare began, I have been threatened 3 times by this 'company', the latest betting today by the owner himself. Apparently he is upset that the insurance company hasn't paid him yet, even though it's been less than 2 months. As I understand, insurance companies can take several weeks to issue payment, especially when there are complications like there has been with these people. The best part? THE PROBLEM ISN'T EVEN FIXED. Water has backed up into my basement 2 more times since then. This situation would almost be comical if it weren't putting my life on hold. I can't put anything in the storage room, because it keeps backing up water...I can't replace my dry wall or floor because it continues to back up. I can't even finish unpacking the rest of my things (I forgot to mention that we moved into this house less than 3 months ago!!). I'm reporting this 'company' to the BBB, something that I have never had to do. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.

Work that was done was great.
Not overly thrilled with the customer service.
They changed the date 6+ times and pushed us back over 6 weeks - all due to their lack of urgency with the city and its requirements.
I had to get involved to push the pace and get the permitting taken care of.
Once the job started I felt pressured to pay prior to the job being done - this happened multiple times.
Furthermore I got asked to pay more than the contract price at the end of the job because they felt they did more work. I had no proof of this outside of taking the contractors word for it.
Also had to make a check out to an individual vs the company itself.
I’d only recommend if you are on a budget.

RECOMMEND. The sewerline replacement was done without disturbing all the concrete and pavers that had been installed in the last year. The cost for replacement was also half of what the other vendors were estimating. Denver Neighborhood built in 1947 so it was time for the line to be replaced. I will definately use them again as I am a Real Estate Broker and these services are needed over and over again.
