This a GREAT company. Oliver was on time and called me a few times to notify me of the progress and timeline to my home. He is professional, very technical and he explains the problems as well as the solution, so you are not blind. He is meticulous and organize and has the time to be professional and charismatic. He is good at trouble shooting and give the owner options to the solution. We felt he cared and wanted to fix the problems correctly from the beginning. Good job Oliver!

July, 2022. The Tech that came out was, Oliver and the service was up and beyond excellent. The cliff-note version is our unit was what I call having some kind of vapor lock. And could not reach our desired temp in this triple digit days and was going on and off with the cool air. He came out and found the problem and advised that a certain kind of valve was needed and our unit need SERIOUS cleaning and the part would have to be ordered. At 72 & my honey at 67 we just worried that our AC would go out before the part came in. Luckily it came in and next day all the repairs were done. In short, thank you, thank you for the great service. We even set up the service to have our unit checked and cleaned twice yearly. Its a great comfort for us to know that it will be serviced and one less thing for us Baby-boomers not to worry about. We highly recommend them.

My Air-Conditioners were installed today. The installers arrived on-time as scheduled and began assessing the task at hand. They where very focused. They also answered any questions I had as to the install. They were very professional and cleanly while completing the job. I would definitely recommend them as a job well done..,….
