I cannot say enough wonderful things about Oliver Builders (OBI) and the incredible job they did on my home renovation! Over the course of a 7-month project, they completely transformed my kitchen and dining room into one stunning open space, reconfigured bedrooms, and added a gorgeous primary bathroom and a spacious reach-in closet. And they did it all while I was living in the house!
From start to finish, OBI was an absolute pleasure to work with. Special thanks to Severin Oliver, whose leadership and expertise set the tone for the entire project, as well as William and Tina in the office, who made the administrative side a breeze. And I have to give a huge shoutout to my amazing on-site manager, Nick, who kept everything running smoothly day to day. Their entire team was warm, accommodating, and a joy to have around during what could have been a very stressful process.
The quality of their work is exceptional. OBI’s team was incredibly attentive, reliable, and careful, with an unmatched attention to detail. They set a high bar for excellence and ensured that every subcontractor met their (and my) high standards. It was clear that they took immense pride in their work and in delivering a finished product that exceeded expectations.
Of course, with any major renovation, there were a few complications along the way, but OBI resolved each one quickly, professionally, and always went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They truly turned potential headaches into non-issues.
OBI isn’t cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for: top-notch quality, exceptional service, and a team that delivers on time—which is no small feat for a renovation of this size and complexity. The fact that they finished on schedule is HUGE and speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment.
