2/2/19 Oliver Brown III came out for a free visual diagnostic on my water line drain. Oliver lll told us to rent a 100ft electric drain snake & attachment head so that he could snake the water line. Mr.Oliver lll was using the electric snake, in his negligence he broke off part of the 100ft x 5/8 electric drain snake/ attachment head in my water line hole. Oliver lll said for us to return the machine. We asked him to retrieve the snake & attachment he broke off in the water piping before leaving. After numerous requests of him to get another machine & retrieving the broken off part of the 100ft electric drain snake as well as the attachment head, Oliver then rented a electric drain machine.He attempted once, he got aggravated and said he has another appointment and he wouldn't finish the job today. We asked when was he going to retrieve the broken drain snake&attachment head he broke off in the my water piping, Oliver lll said in the morning on 2/4/19 his son & his worker would come and retrieve the electrical snake & head attachment out of the water piping hole. Oliver left without securing everything, including leaving the 4inch drain uncovered which leaves us open to animals entering my home, as well as gas fumes rising in my home, feces on the floor from the electrical snake&neglecting to put the toilet back.The following morning (2/4/19)Oliver's son& Oliver's friend arrived, They didn't retrieve the part of the 100ft snake & attachment head. Oliver's worker/friend called a plumber over the phone for advice on how to retrieve both parts that Oliver III had broken off in our water line piping. During conversations Oliver son &O liver's friend said that Oliver lll was the blame for this. They left feces on the floor and everything unfinished. As the 2 men were leaving over the phone Oliver lll said they would come back with a camera to retrieve both parts.Oliver lll never came back as promised, he never retrieved the parts he broke the 4 inch water piping. Oliver ignored all of our calls.
UPDATE: At 2am this morning, 2/24, I went to my basement noticed a flood of water coming from two directions in my basement, both of which originated from area's where Oliver'sPlumbing&Heating had workers to cut open pipes to access the water line, 1 labeled C.O the other a vertical pipe under my basement stairs, both have 3inch openings with caps. Both openings had coppers caps, which were cut open on 2/4 by Oliver's workers per Oliver's direction&were replaced by them, one plastic & the other a used copper cap. 2/24 the pipes they cut open & capsreplaced are leaking lots of water Icleaned up all the water so it would not create a mold smell that would cause my disabled & elderly mother to get sick. Today, 2/24 I came downstairs & noticed that the flood was back from the C.O. pipe in the basement floor & the vertical pipe that Oliver's workers cut open & disturbed. I walked into the basement bathroom where the original work started on 2/3, where Oliver broke off the Electric snake line & attachment head inside of the hole where my toilet goes.Today 2/24 there was a flood in there from the toilet hole & immediately urine, feces, & water kept flowing out. The work was never completed and still to this day the problems that Oliver & his workers created has gone unresolved & has caused standing water in my home & plumbing issues due to the negligence of Oliver III breaking part of the 100ft electric snake & attachment head in my water piping line. Leaving us to continue to monitor the area leaving us to be very cautious about how we use our toilets, showers, & sink because he never followed up or resolved the issue Oliver promised to fix. As of today, its created a new problem the leaking of the two pipes his company cut open because of them rushing to get the machine back leaving everything unfinished and dismantled & water & feces flowing out everywhere. It has been since 2/4 no returned phone calls or visits to repair, they haven't tried to rectify the issue.
