    I hired Martin Ollendorff to help me do a complete remodel of a commercial property that I recently purchased. It was a completely run down dental office that was not up to code because it was built in 1966. His meticulous attention to detail guarantees you that the finished product will exceed your expectations.

    I have opened my new optometry office for 6 months now and many of my patients (new and established) compliment the appearance, style and workmanship of my clinic. They are truly impressed with my office which reflects how they feel about me.

    I had a few construction bids to choose from, but I ultimately went with Ollendorff Construction because I knew he would not give me a mediocre product. When done properly, the right constructor can increase your property value, which is usually ones biggest investment. I unequivocally feel that Martin put his heart and sweat into my new building and my relationship with him will continue despite the project being complete. I appreciate how he periodically checks in on me and makes sure everything is functioning properly. You will not be disappointed if you hire him.
