Ollymann Construction

I had hired Ollymann Construction for a fit-out job at a suburban mall at the end of 2020. The job involved taking down existing partitions, painting, installing lights, among other things. Emmanuel was very courteous at all times and I felt that his prices were very reasonable.
While Emmanuel could be a tiny bit difficult to understand over the phone, he always responded promptly to my text/email confirmations and over-communicated as opposed to under, which is a HUGE plus for any contractors!
The job was completed almost 2 weeks earlier, and though there was some delay in getting electrical permit pulled (he had a subcontractor electrician), that's largely the fault of Philadelphia so I wouldn't put it on him.

My colleague who had the pleasure of meeting Emmanuel in-person said he's a pleasure to work with, and in fact, we've asked Emmanuel to do another job tearing down/refacing an older location we've moved out from, because we like him so much.

Consider him highly recommended, and give him a chance. You won't be disappointed!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Emmanuel (Owner of Ollymann Construction, Inc) and his Team for the completion of the exterior assignment to my home (stucco application to the full foundation). The quality of the finalized project is exceptional and I am well pleased with the outcome.

Mr. Emmanual was the third representative I spoke with and his estimate was in the middle of fairness. Mr. Emmanual was knowledgeable as to what I expected and took the time to illustrate the process (couple of hours). The detail of this task was to wire the full structure of the building before the stucco application could have been applied.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with him throughout the entire project. He was pro-active in identifying areas of my concerns and ensure any issues were addressed and corrected to my satisfaction. This action has revealed to me his level of professionalism.

I speak highly of Ms. Emmanuel's integrity and that of ‘Ollymann Construction, Inc’. May God continue to bless him with many opportunities in life. I will gladly provide a letter of recommendation to potential clients.

Actually, everything is quite good. In fact it's better than we expected.
Nothing has been left to chance and we are very please with all the work and timing to date.
