We hired Olsson Construction and our experience has been disappointing. The Owner is an extremely greedy man with some personality problems. He tried to take financial advantage by charging us for the most unreasonable things. ONLY HIRE THIS COMPANY IF THERE IS NOBODY ELSE AVAILABLE AND YOU HAVE UNLIMITED POCKETS BUT OTHER WAYS, RUN FROM HIM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! There is plenty of other good and reasonable excavators out there.
