Let me begin by introducing myself, I am Marc Poelvoorde, a second-generation Carpenter, President, and Owner of Olympic Construction & Management Services, LLC.
I have 20 years of hands-on experience, of which I was a carpenter which included stairways, cabinets, millwork, decks, arbors, tile and pre-finished wood, laminate, and plank floors.
I personally manage each project from beginning to end. That includes our first meeting, the estimate, the contract, design changes if needed, and lastly, building the project. There is no stand around supervisors to drive up the cost of the project at Olympic Construction & Management Services, LLC.
