Tony took my cash deposit of $100.00 dollars that he said he needed to buy paint to leave here at my house that day for his guys to start work the following morning here at my house on 11/23/2013. I asked for a receipt two different times and never got one. I have not seen Tony since or my money. He won't return my calls or answer my text message that I sent this morning 11/26/2013. I am a senior citizen of Hawthorne, CA. He was also very insistent on my giving him a $700.00 dollar deposit on a $1500.00 estimate of repairing cracks above doors and painting living room. I told him legal deposit amount is 10% several times. He then reduced it to $400.00 dollars but I was adamant with my answer, thank God or he would have stolen more than my $100.00 cash deposit.
