I called and left a message needing a quote for concrete replacement. Several days later Felipe called and then came out to the house. He was very professional and knows his trade. He gave me an estimate and said he would send a copy of the bid that I should sign. I received the bid and texted he had missed the replacement of my front steps. He apologized and sent out a revised quote. I drew up a contract and sent it to him. After repeated texts and calls he said he would stop by the house to sign both contracts. He never came. I have left messages, texted, and emailed him since. He never has responded. I wouldn't hire him nor recommend anyone else sign up with him!!!!!
