Permits

I contacted Omaha Remodeling Associates on October 26th to retrofit a handicap accessible shower into my parents’ house, as well as install some grab bars throughout. My father suffers from Lewy Bodies (a form of Dementia which affect muscle function) and has difficulty getting around, so these items are essential for his day to day life.
The company owner, Craig Broadstone’ s initial onsite consultation was on November 4th; however, the written estimate was not received until December 9th. He provided a written proposal which called for a deposit to begin work. The proposal was signed and sent back to Omaha Remodeling Associates along with a check for the deposit on December 9th. By December 15th, Craig had become completely unresponsive to email’s, phone calls and voice messages. My deposit check was cashed January 13th still with no communication for Craig what so ever.
Despite my numerous attempts to contact Craig and Omaha Remodeling Associates, there has been no response. It is apparent that this company is guilty of theft and theft from someone who is disabled. Avoid any business dealings with this company.
