Do NOT do business with O'Mara's. 2 "plumbers" came to my home to install a hot water heater and replace a part in my sump pump in the utility room this past month. These 2 grown men were running up and down the stairs, laughing, talking loudly and basically disrespecting my home. On top of that...they were pounding so hard while putting the sump cover back on that they cracked the cement floor in the utility room. They did such a shoddy job of installing the hot water heater that they had to be called back out because gas was leaking from the gas pipe going to the hot water heater. I have a home warranty, so O'Mara's is the closest vendor in my area. About a month after that, my sink backed up and my home warranty contacted them again. I was okay with that as long as it was not the same 2 knuckleheads that came out the last time. O'Mara's said they would be out on a friday between 3 and 5. Then O'Mara's contacted me while I was at work asking if they could instead come out between 2 and 3. I left work EARLY to get home. I get home...around 1:30 O'Mara's dispatch calls me to say that the owner of this company cannot make it out...but will be back on Tuesday. Stupid is as stupid does and O'Mara's is not a trustworthy or professionally run business.
