Gave me a great deal on some rift only oak with ebony stain.
It wasn't a big job, but it was done perfectly. No swirls, no edger marks. That's more than I can say about the last company I hired.
Would definitely recommend to others.

Omar's hardwood floors just refinished the oak floors in a 1968 house I own. The work is sub-par. To begin with they sanded and finished the floors without filling the many many nail holes in the floors. The National Wood Flooring Assc. guidelines (and common sense) say to sand, fill, then finish. Obviously, you want the filled spots below the finish, and the fill spots finished to not show. Additionally, Omar's did not follow the manufacturer instructions on the finish. The coats were applied in the wrong order and in the wrong quantity, and so we ran out despite having plenty of extra. Finally, Omar's crew showed up without the compressor required to drive the nailer to attach the shoe. The result . . .a disappointing floor job. I have been a registered architect 30 years and built houses in six states and DC. I would not let Omar's Hardwood Flooring do another job on one of my projects.
