After a night of large hail both roof system and gutters were severely damaged. Following the recommendation of a friend who’s a building project manager I went with Gaius. He managed all the issues with the insurance, even found some mistakes in their part. In replacing the roof we discussed improvements to attic ventilation (cover) that reduced the attic’s heat load. The gutter installation is flawless. A very clean well anchored install. The roof looks great and functions as it should. Mr Lee is a pleasure to work with in every way. I will be using him again.
