  Remove/replace windows

  I rate 0. FACTS ONLY. Feb/Mar, 2024, I paid $12,000 to Itzak Mansur, Omega Doors and Windows, Ft Lauderdale, FL. The Checks were cashed immediately. As of Aug 25, 2025 my specific windows have not been delivered to my house. The invoice proof that windows were ordered have not been produced to me or my lawyer. Itzak still say I owe him for the balance and called me all sorts of offensive names. I will not let this company touch my house. I'm still having permit problems with what he asked me to submit to the city of Miramar for approval. Only warning I can give to his FUTURE potential clients that I did not do upfront is to check/read ALL his Google reviews you will see the same pattern.

  Windows N door replacement

  Isaac Mansur is a thief and came with that intention! He collected, $16k for windows and a front door also permits. The permit was never paid for and the job not completed! No he move his location to Miami Garden.

  Install impact doors and Windows

  They came out to measure my home three times once the owner came out just to make sure it was done right. Things went south from there forward. After they got the deposit it became hard to get in touch with them sometimes taking days to return calls. After three months of no windows, they call to say they were in and set up an install date. They missed it because the manufacturer sent the wrong door so they say. the following week they came to do the 5-hour change out of two windows, a sliding glass door, and switch out a French door with mini-blinds. Unfortunately, they only had the windows, they were still waiting for the doors, the following week they came again with the doors. The sliding glass doors were fine with a 30-minute switch-out, After removing the existing french doors they discovered they still had the wrong french doors, they had a door that was 2 inches too wide for the opening. After hours of cutting grinding, they got the door in the opening, I had to tape around the opening to keep the bugs out that night, they were coming back the next day to finish. They were a no show, the door guy's wife was sick so he didn't come in, I'm a week into a 5-hour job. Two days later he returned with a new helper, they literally beat the door into place. When they first set the doors I told them that the mini blinds didn't close right, they said to wait till they set the doors before complaining and I shouldn't worry because they were covered with a five years warranty. When I spoke with Iassic ( the Owner) he said that he would have the window company come out and service the doors, never happen after a week the doors couldn't be locked, I called him last time, I ask him to come out and remove his doors and that I would install the right size doors, that was four months ago and I'm still waiting.
  The last insult was when I called the Town of Davie Building Department and found out the they had never pulled a permit to do any of the work.
  The Owners name isn't Iassic, the State of Florida says it's Itzhak Mansur and he does have contractor linsence, but has changed bussines address several time in the last few months.

  I've sent his several letters but they come back as non-deliverable, my only option is Court. It cost me $2400 to get the right doors installed, money I paid Omega Windows to do,,, stay away from them.
