    New hot water tank replacement and related items

    This is David W, from Reno, who contracted Omega Plumbing in June 2025 after reviewing about five local plumbing services. Omega, Junior, and his teammates visit the site and provide an estimate. After reviewing the five services, we decided that Omega, throughout the time (mid-June till now, September 2025), all steps are moving well. The only item that is needed is the old hot water tank removal, which may be due to the Omega's heavy project schedules, where I just contacted the shop and am waiting for the project to close. Fingers crossed.-

    These folks are friendly, and the answer the phone. Under no circumstances do I recommend sharing your address with these pipe butchers. "20" years of experience and they will send you a 27 year-old tech named Jr who is unable to perform tasks in a timely manner, is unable to communicate with his "office" staff, cannot provide accurate information, is unable to properly diagnose common plumbing concerns, uses substandard techniques and equipment for diagnosis. Don't take my word for it, call any big time plumber in town and ask who Omega Plumbing is. I really wish someone could have warned me, so I am warning you! Once you disagree with Jr, his daddy will send you a poorly composed email containing various irrelevant details and threats including lies about hours spent on the jobsite, possibly because Jr lied to his daddy about why is wasn't at work and used me as a scapegoat. Utterly pathetic all around, take a look at their profile on the Better Business Bureau, oh whoops, it doesn't exist because they are inexperienced hacks.

    Fix my water heater
    $4,500

    My water heater was leaking and I contacted Omega Plumbing to check the problem. They answered my call right away and they came the same day to look at the problem. They suggested to replace my water heater and I took their good advice. They installed a tank-less water heater and it works perfect. Now, I never run out of hot water! Omega Plumbing does excellent work and I would hire them again for any plumbing repairs.
