This contractor quit before he completed the job he was hired for. He is NOT a licensed BUILDING contractor...he is a licensed PAINTING contractor...my mistake for hiring him. He over charged me, then quit when I had an independent inspection done, by a licensed BUILDING contractor. Wanted me to remit final payment BEFORE job was completed. The inspection revealed that my 25'x9' deck was basically a tear down. The decking used was pressure treated wood, which is highly toxic when left unpainted, which was my intention, as redwood decking was what was contracted for. Very disappointed...heading to court now...beware!!!
