At first they were great, but as soon as they got our money (deposit) they would only show up one day every two weeks. They did enough to get the next junk of money (per contract) then never showed up. The work they did do needed to be re-done. Andrea Ortega would say they will be back and finish, its not my fault. Ben would say I'm not sleeping I'm so worried about finishing this job for you. The Brother Chris flat out said Im not gonna do it, Chris has started a new pool company called Royal Pools and spa he also sells real estate. Stay away from CHRIS ORTEGA, BEN ORTAGE AND ANDREA ORTEGA. Several complaints from others and law suites.
