I contacted Omnia Enterprises in April 2021 to get a bid on roofing and siding my 85 year old home. I was getting several bids. Michael came (back when we all wore masks outside with strangers) and we discussed the job and he did a walk and measure of my house. He came back several times to assess things I wanted and while not bothering me would let me know. He sent a bid and while it wasn’t the least or most expensive I liked the idea of keeping my business local. My siding project was a bit complex as it was a shake siding over the entire house that was in 3’ sections and had to be placed specifically to look like shakes. Another bid was 8-12 weeks out. Micheal said they could start within weeks depending on product availability. I signed with them. Within a couple of weeks product was arriving and the roofing was completed. The siding project started. Then the heat wave hit! Michael and Shane worked in the 100° heat, in full sun for many days. As they worked I added projects. All new gutters and downspouts, garage service door replacement, added siding to my garage. They rebid quickly and added to their schedule. Shane’s bending skills for wraps and trim are amazing (they got a new mold form for my old facia) and he is a work animal! Michael has great communication! He communicated almost daily asking what would I like, or making recommendations in real time as the work progressed. My home is complete! The work they did is fantastic! Attention to every detail! I have a friend who is an architect and designer and is very critical of details and he is impressed by the quality of their work. Just also have to say that my dog Tonic loved them and they made sure he was safe in the yard as they worked around my house. The job took longer then planned (but not more expensive due to that), and as I said to Michael, I would rather have it take longer and right, then fast and sloppy. I am so happy with how my home looks! Every inch is immaculate and pretty much maintenance free (no vinyl here!). So many neighbors have walked by and commented on how they love the change. When everything was complete Michael dropped off the keys to my garage, and gave me a gift basket of cheese, crackers, snacks, and wine. Who does that? Omnia will definitely be my go to for all future projects and I highly recommend them.
