in september of 2022 we started the process of choosing and installing a solar panel system on the house.. we chose OnPoint we were told it will be about a 3 month process(verbally not in writing).. we chose a 22kw at about $100k they worked out a financing deal as well. after many months the system was finally installed. there were many electrical inspections revisions and adjustments.. inmay of 2023 finally the system was turned on.. it is producing a respectable 16kw.. 72% of what we agreed and was to be installed.. we looked into it and called the manufacturer SolarEdge.. they told us that the system only has a 16kw invertor and will need additional invertors,(additional cost.. lots of it). contacted OnPoint and they will not get back to us. we also noticed that WE HAVE CRACKED ROOF TILES and SOME ARE CAULEKD some SOLAR PANELS ARE NOT PROPERLLY INSTALLED and aprear TO BE WORPPED CLAMPS ARE NOT IN LINES and PANELS ARE LOOSE..... please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
