Luis sent crew over (without my prior knowledge) and started waterfall and coping job prior to showing me plans. waterfall design was not what we discussed and very unlike pictures I'd shown Luis. crew left sloppy mess on gunite and did not come back to finish job or scrape excess concrete off gunite. Initially gave Luis $1000 downpayment; he came back to discuss completion of job, asked for $1500 more, scheduled date to restart job - he never came back or answered my calls. It has been about 2 months now, and my permits are expiring. I cannot get approval to plaster the pool until excess concrete (allot) is scraped off the gunite. very poor business practices.
