We hired Ed Leblanc after Hurricane Laura to fix our roof and a bid on our other damage. In the beginning Ed was great but he soon started not communicating. We asked for a Class IV singles. The crew showed up one morning to fix our roof and we had no idea they were coming. We noticed our roof shingles did not meet the Class IV qualifications. We contacted Ed and he explained he could not get them. Ok we understood things were hard to come by. The roof had some white roofing nails showing on the ridge cap and silver turbines on a black roof as well as one of the turbines were dented. After months of calling his roofer shows up and fixed the white spots and decides it would be a smart idea to spray paint the turbines and vents The bent turbine was not replaced. After the first rain storm the turbines and vents are now silver and black which continues to get worst each day. Several more broken promises on when he will fix the problem. It’s been over 6 months of calls, text and emails. Our roof is guaranteed but he has not stuck to his word and fixed our issues.
