This contractor is very professional. He gives you so many ideas that you do not even think of. Julion Ondaine will not tell you he cannot do something unless it really is impossible to do. He will figure out how to accomplish what you want. He is very much into detail work and takes pride in his reputation. When he quotes you a price he is very reasonably priced. Julion breaks down the cost of everything and goes out of his way for you. Do not trust those low ball prices of other contractors especially when it is not in writing. A contractor whom is licensed, bonded and insured with liability insurance and workers comp is someone who takes his work seriously. I know because I made the mistake of going with a cheaper contractor whom did not have the insurance. He underbid the job and walked away from it. Now it costs me more money because Julion had to fix this guys screw ups. Don't always look for the cheapest price and don't screw a great contractor. He is only trying to make a living for himself and his family.
