Hired contractor back in October 2014 for siding, paving of driveway and patio, windows and doors. Gave estimate of $50k for the entire job and about 45 days to complete. Turns out the contractor used cheap materials for the siding, insulation and paving. Workmanship was horrible. Job took 2 and a half months to complete. Dumped all the rock and dirt dug up from the driveway into my backyard and said that was in the contract, which was never agreed upon. Then welsh on the contract to have the support beam for the garage to be replaced. Wanted me to give him $10k in cash so he could evade the tax. Never applied the permit for the paving. Illegal dumping of the asbestos shingles. Fast forward to today which is June 1, 2015. Siding is starting to come loose, called up the contractor and they refused to come and rectify the problem. I will be filing a complaint with Better business bureau. Fair warning to all who will be using them. You get what you paid for. I learned my lesson.
