Please note Mr. Jesse Brown is license, submitted drawings to the town, pulled necessary permits and inspections completed when necessary and after all compliances were completed, we received our certificate of occupancy paper.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jesse Brown regarding the building of our sunroom. When we first met Mr. Brown, he was polite, professional, and patient upon answering all of our questions such as, when could the project start finish, etc., but expect the unexpected. Whenever, we had questions Mr. Brown was always available to keep us up-to-date. We appreciate his honesty and commitment to making sure the project was completed and it’s extremely well built. We have had neighbors to see this exquisite work done by One Click Homes. Our neighbors requested Mr. Jesse Brown’s phone number. If you want someone who will walk you through your project, Mr. Brown is your contractor. OUR SUNROOM CAME OUT AWESOME BETTER THAN EXPECTED AND OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE HIGH!!! Thank you Mr. Brown

⭐☆☆☆☆ Review for One Click Homes and Owner Jesse Brown
I purchased a manufactured home through One Click Homes and its owner, Jesse Brown. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
Mr. Brown used subcontractors to complete the project, which took much longer than promised. Even though we gave him considerable grace and patience, the delays continued. I paid a $43,000 deposit in good faith so he could order the home — money that should have come from our construction loan instead. Mr. Brown assured me the deposit would be fully refunded once the bank loan closed, but that never happened.
We closed on our home and moved in July 2024, yet more than a year and three months later, I still have not received the full deposit back. During this entire time, I have had to constantly follow up with Mr. Brown. He has repeatedly promised repayment, only to delay again with new excuses each week.
To make matters worse, the warranty repairs that were supposed to be completed within six months have still not been scheduled. We are left with unfinished drywall and other issues that remain unresolved.
I have been extremely kind and patient, even informing Mr. Brown recently that I was laid off and urgently needed the remaining funds to support my family. I reached out this week on Tuesday, now is Friday and "crickets". No response as he has done multiple times.
This entire experience has been unethical and negligent on Mr. Brown, and I would never want another family to go through what we have endured. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with One Click Homes or Jesse Brown to proceed with extreme care and ensure all funds are protected through your lender. I have extended Mr. Brown so much grace that this is the first time I am sharing a review to try to give him a chance to clean everything up, but enough is enough and my family is suffering for being nice and considerate and a good person. This review is the first step I am taking but certainly the last.
