    Gut Rehab and 2nd floor Addition
    $250,000

    We are Investors on rely on One Construction for over half our projects. We have 10 Vendors and One Construction is by far the best General Contractor Vendor we have. One Construction completes about 4-5 Gut Rehabs for us a year. Very committed, reliable and honest. Always on time and on budget. Johnny is the Superintendent and very easy to work with. Very professional. There 2 sides to every story. Just read a couple negative comments here. Seems like shady Home Owners if you ask me.....by experience with this company, we've had zero problems with. Our company track record is proven success with One Construction. We will continue to work with them for many years to come. Honest GCs are hard to find...we found one in One Construction going on 5 years now. Give them an opportunity, you won't be disappointed.

    Basement Remodel
    $35,000

    Johnny Soto is a fraud. Our basement remodel was estimated at $35,000, we paid him $27,000. Signed contract on Feb 08, today, Sep 15 I have framing, electrical, plumbing (done by another company), and a lot of debris laying around. There was no demolition, no communication, and we just found out he pulled his name out of the permit. He basically took our money, dumped some material in our basement and left. Do not trust this company!!!!!!

    2nd floor addition and basement remodeling

    One Construction just did our 2nd floor Addition and Gut rehab of our bungalow. They were reasonably priced and did a excellent job from beginning to completion. They stay on budget, beside our changes to the scope of work, and on schedule. They went out of their way and are very professional and respectful. I would recommend One Construction for anyone looking for a Builder. I recommended them to a friend of mines and they just signed a contract on a 2nd floor Addition and Gut Rehab. My family has expanded and we need addition space for home. I now have my dream home. Thank you One Construction.

    Gut rehab

    This was simply the worst experience I had with a contractor. His name is Johnny Soto and his company name is One Construction. He charged us $3,800 for architect fees and later we found out that he paid the architect $2,000 and pocketed $1,800. Also, he forged documents to show that he paid the permit expediter $1,800. Later we found out that he had only paid the expediter $600 and pocketed $1,200. This guy is a CROOK and I will be reporting him to the city to make sure his contractor license gets revoked and will also take him to small claims! Please STAY AWAY!
