Hired One Construction to do a restaurant tenant improvement. Nelson was very experienced in what needed to be done for a restaurant to be operational, from the kitchen equipment to the items needed to be addressed prior to a health inspection they were on top of it. Would highly recommend.

I had a TI salon and spa project that needed to be done and a friend recommended Nelson and his team at One Construction since they have experience with these types of projects. They did exactly what they were hired to do and were ahead of schedule. The building dept took longer to issue the permits than getting the actual work done!
