We signed a contract on Jan. 4, 2022 and gave them $3,500. the remaining amount of $7,000. due when project is finished. What we had done is to remove old bathtub and install stand up shower with glass doors as we are senior citizens and felt a stand up would be safer for us. Heard nothing from them sent them an email on 1/21 asked about a refund as our son was in a very serious acc. with head injuries, in Michigan we needed to be with him. Mr.Honerbrink told it was to late to cancel as our order is being shipped next week so it's to late..... Ok so I send another email on 2/1 asking them to pull a permit.....Today is 6/10 and they say they haven't received one yet... Finally on 4/21 a young man came out to start the work he was here for 5hrs. came back 4/22 with 2 other guys and all 3 stayed 4 hrs. on 4/23 the first guy come to finish some work he stays 5hrs with his girlfriend. I questioned the green board & the permit. No green but a sealer he says and NO permit. Two salesmen came out and thought the drywall was a mess and they were going to make it right. We have been very patient, I phoned on 6/8 and asked again WHEN is someone coming to finish our bath she tells me they still don't have a permit !"it hasn't come in yet"... they will call me when it does................................!!!!!!! WE ARE STILL WAITING

Went to the Columbia Home show and asked for someone to stop by and and quote out a remodel for our guest bathroom. Originally I wanted to go with Tile but after seeing the difference and thickness of the stone, we decided to move forward with that.
Install was done in about a day, and it was cleaned up when they finished.
