One & Done Construction

We had to have our roof replaced this Oct/Nov due to wind damage and we’re referred to One and Done Construction by a friend. I called him and he came right over, gave an estimate shot it to the insurance guy and got approval. There was a delay because of insurance bs. When Jaimie got the green light, he and his crew worked from 8am to 5-6pm everyday for 6 days. They just completed it today and did an incredible job, and cleaned up around the area. They were absolutely professional and courteous at all times. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Really can’t say enough about Jaimie of One and Done Construction of Larimore, ND. I found him to be a hardworking individual whose attention to detail and timeliness, on the restoration of my three-car garage, was very successful and turned out wonderful.
The building required extensive repair and replacement of soffit, fascia, roof boards, new shingles and paint.
Each day, Jaimie kept me informed on unexpected issues that arose, the work site was kept neat and orderly, and he stayed as close as possible to the proposed contract price.
I am very satisfied with One and Done Construction and would highly recommend that, anyone considering contractors for work, should contact Jaimie for a proposal.

Are boards started coming up on are roof and he came and fixed it under 30 minutes looks brand new sealed good

I hired Jaime to reshingle my house and garage. Bid was fair. They showed up everyday to do the work and let me know at the end of the day how it was going. They cleaned up everything each day. He also found a couple of problems from the last roofing job and fixed those. Would definitely recommend him and his company. Will definitely hire him for other projects.

Hired Jamie to recap the roof on our steel building building. He replaced the ridge cap with a smaller ridge cap than was originally on it. It is now winter and a lot of snow has blown in the whole length of the building it was not seal properly. we'll have to hire someone to redo a job he just did 5 months ago. I do not recommend hiring Jamie.

Because our shingles were old and curled, we made the decision last fall to invest in new ones this spring/summer. We went with a company called One and Done. Very happy with their work. They (Jamie Mudge, Tristen (?) and sometimes Jamie’s wife, Chelsey) were very pleasant to be around. Kind, caring and even fun. They worked hard and always cleaned up each day. Highly recommend them. We were just talking about other things we need done one of these days, years and we will definetly be calling him again.

We hired Jamie and his crew for some remodel projects at our home. This was a second time he has done work at our home. The projects were ceiling repair, painting and dry wall, and texturing. They were fast, through, and completed everything promised. Jamie is a hard work and wants to please his customers. Thank you!

Hired Jamie to shingle our roof back in September. Upon removal of shingles a 6' x 10' hole was found on the West side of our roof . Jamie gave us a estimated completion of 1 week . Form start to finish of fixing the hole to shingling ... 5 days .
Jamie not only did a wonderful job , he also underbid all his competition .

Hired Jamie to do a 11 square roof. He gave a bid of $3800 plus 1500 for facia and sofit 120 linear ft. He spend 4 and a half weeks on the job replaced no facia and 54 linear ft of soffit. He only showed up a couple days a week and only a 2 or three hrs at a time. they left multiple old decrepit vehicles in the yard for weeks at a time, left bags of their feces in my bushes. The sheriff showed up looking for him and his co workers. He was removed from my property. Job still not complete

Very dishonest, disrespectful, and has poor work ethic. His work quality is extremely poor
