    Roofing siding
    $30,000

We have had to hire another contractor to correct/repair the workmanship Jesus Sanchez and his team performed on our home. They cut corners everywhere they could--even tried to use plastic drop cloth under the siding instead of house wrap. We have learned he used the cheapest bare wood siding--untreated. He continually tried to work the price to his advantage. The agreement was 50% down and remainder paid after completion of job, but he expected payment each week.

    Major rehab
    $220,000

I hired this company to do a large apartment rehab in Shelton Washington. This company allowed their insurance and credentials to lapse in the middle of the job. They then lied and wasted my time for several weeks. They ended up steeling the materials budget of $24,000. They tried to charge me their payroll taxes and held on to my receipts for the job, to try and squeeze more money out of me. Crooks. Husband and wife Jesus Sanchez and Diana
