Please Use Caution if you contract with this company: We hired # One Legacy Reign LLC to do a simple frame out in our barn. They measured incorrectly for the concrete pour causing us to pay an additional $2000 for their mistake. During the concrete pour, they were not present and the drainage slope was sloped going the wrong direction and the drainage and water pipes are covered. Our personal materials, tools, equipment, and labor were used due to their absence. After three failed attempts at leveling, squaring, and securing the framing they built, they admitted to watching you tube to learn how to frame and they stated they always hire out for framing however their framer was booked out so they gave it a shot. Kelvin(owner of Legacy Reign) brought his friends to the job site and we were told he was teaching them to use the chop box. These “training lessons” cost us lots of wasted wood due to cutting and measuring incorrectly. While installing insulation in a preexisting framed area, Kelvin tore each piece of insulation rather than cutting, exposing the fiberglass without backing. He also put R-13 directly next to R-19 insulation because he didn’t want to cut the R-19 to size. After removing the framing, mold has been detected due to improper installation. Legacy Reign not only did not complete this job, they took our money($10, 746.00), picked up and returned most materials purchased for this job and kept that money as well. In addition, personal items not related to our job were purchased by them using our funds. Ask Legacy Reign for the voice recording stating they will return the returned materials check to us. The recording will show their admission to all the framing, concrete, and insulation issues. All we asked for back is less than 50%($5311.34) to cover the cost of the concrete repair(Legacy Reign offered $200 return) and materials that were returned to complete this job as well as the replacement of wood that they removed without permission from the job site that is needed to reframe since the 2X4’s were cut 2 inches to short. We did retain a lawyer and Legacy Reign asked to settle this without lawyers and court. We came to an agreement, Legacy Reign would pay 10 monthly payments for a total return of $5,311.34. We agreed to settle on their terms however once the time limit was reached Legacy Reign refused to pay.
